Only credentialed delegates will be permitted to vote on policy matters and in elections.
Students who are a delegate or alternate delegate to their school/society/organization should note their delegate status on the MSS June 2022 Meeting Registration. Staff will follow up with a separate credentialing application that needs to be turned in by June 1 at 1:59 a.m. Central. Questions? Email [email protected].
The Board of Trustees recently adopted a health and safety protocol that will be in place for the meeting. Please be aware that this protocol is the minimum requirement while noting that the Board continues to monitor the environment and may implement more stringent requirements as the meeting approaches.
This protocol applies to all attendees, including section members, delegates, alternate delegates and all guests.

Dates and deadlines have been established for MSS policymaking leading up to the June 2022 MSS Meeting:
- April 15 (11:59 p.m. Central): Final resolutions due
- April 25: (Noon Central) Virtual Reference Committee opens
- May 9: (11:59 p.m. Central): Virtual Reference Committee closes
- May 27: Reference Committee report released

Visit the MSS Virtual Reference Committee to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the meeting. Items will be posted as they become available. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the MSS reference committee is April 28 at 11:59 p.m. Central.

- Vice speaker
- Alternate delegate
- Officer at-large
- DEI officer
