Register for the next AMA-YPS meeting, set for November in Hawaii
Details about this year's AMA Young Physicians Section Interim Assembly Meeting, including information about travel arrangements, are now available online. The meeting will take place Nov. 8–10 in Honolulu in conjunction with the Interim Meeting of the AMA House of Delegates.
Register (AMA login required) for the meeting by Oct. 22. After this date, you will have to register on site in Honolulu.
Resolutions are due Oct. 8 via email to Harley Grant of the AMA. Also, email him if you are interested in serving on an AMA-YPS committee for the meeting.
Maintain a stellar reputation: Resource offers helpful tips
A new resource from the AMA outlines steps physicians can take to ensure their practice achieves and maintains an excellent reputation among existing and prospective patients. From improving the practice's reputation to managing the information patients find online, the resource explains effective ways to cultivate the loyalty of existing patients and attract new ones.
