Conference to take on toughest state-level health care issues
Hundreds of physicians and medical association executives will come together Jan. 3–5 in Aventura, Fla., to set strategy for shaping state legislative action in 2013 on key issues that affect physicians' daily practice of medicine.
The 2013 State Legislative Strategy Conference, hosted by the AMA, brings together leaders from state and specialty medical societies to identify state legislative priorities, coordinate campaign development and determine strategies for organized medicine to make its mark on key health care issues in the state legislative arena.
