AMA offers assistance for employed physicians

An online resource center from the AMA features empowering resources for employed physicians and those considering employment.

Among the resources available to AMA members are model employment agreements, webcasts on employment-related topics and guidelines for managing professional relations. The model employment agreements, which cover hospital and group practice contracts, provide insights from legal experts, including alternative contract language to use in negotiations.
