AMA-YPS Annual Assembly Meeting Handbook available online
View an agenda for the June 14-16 AMA Young Physicians Section (YPS) Annual Assembly Meeting, along with business items and event fliers, in an online handbook. Reports and a resolution to be considered by the section are included in the handbook.
If you have not registered for the meeting but want to attend, you can register June 14 or June 15 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The AMA-YPS meeting will take place prior to the Annual Meeting of the AMA House of Delegates.
Annual report shows AMA's impact on physicians' lives, practices
The AMA's 2011 annual report, "The AMA Equation: Illustrated," details how the AMA gives voice to the vast majority of physicians, helping them thrive in their careers and provide the best possible care to patients.
Highlighting many of the AMA's accomplishments in 2011, the report showcases the core components of the "AMA equation," including the AMA House of Delegates, individual membership, research and education, practice tools and AMA advocacy.
