American Medical News is one of the most widely read publications in the United States on news affecting the medical profession. It is the only U.S. weekly newspaper for physicians, and covers the economic, legislative, social and clinical issues that shape today's health care landscape.
Expert, credible reporting makes American Medical News the authoritative source. Each weekly issue brings you clear, concise writing and useful charts and graphs in an easy-to-scan format, and the weekly publication schedule keeps you abreast of the most recent developments.
Other medical publications compete for doctors' time, but do not cover the same range of topics. No other source focuses as tightly on professional, regulatory and health economics. Physicians read American Medical News for its timely and accurate coverage of how politics and regulation impact medicine. And they rely on it to deliver news they can use on essential practice management, public health, ethical and legal issues.
Published since 1958, American Medical News delivers what readers need to master the challenges of medicine today. From Medicare and managed care to public health and practice management, the newspaper is a practical survival tool. American Medical News is the newspaper for America's physicians -- and essential reading for everyone in involved in medical practice, administration or policy.
