What is the primary reason that you decided to get health services at an in-store clinic?
Convenient hours 56%
Convenient location 48%
Wait for appointment at health care provider was too long 28%
Same quality of care as other options 24%
Other options are more expensive 9%
Convenient payment options 8%
To what extent do you agree with the following statement?
I am very likely to use a clinic again 55%
Health professionals at clinics provide better customer service than personnel at a doctor office 15%
Clinics offer better value than a typical doctor's office visit 14%
Clinics offer better care than a typical doctor's office visit 7%

More than half of consumers who have gone to in-store clinics say they would go back.

Only 3% of consumers have sought care at in-store clinics, according to a survey of nearly 11,000 North American households by Forrester Research, a technology and market research firm. There's no strong indicator that differentiates clinic visitors from nonvisitors, but convenience, rather than quality, seemed to be the motivating factor.
