More than half of consumers who have gone to in-store clinics say they would go back.
Only 3% of consumers have sought care at in-store clinics, according to a survey of nearly 11,000 North American households by Forrester Research, a technology and market research firm. There's no strong indicator that differentiates clinic visitors from nonvisitors, but convenience, rather than quality, seemed to be the motivating factor.
