These led five other issues, according to the ninth annual phone survey of 1,000 Americans by the Employee Benefit Research Institute. Americans' frustration seemed to be tied to the cost of care. While half of Americans are extremely or very satisfied with health care quality (52%), fewer than two in 10 are satisfied with the cost of health insurance or with costs not covered by insurance (16%each).
