Employers shoulder higher insurance costs

A study by the Employment Policy Foundation shows that employees are paying more for health insurance -- but employers are paying more, too. The jump for employers follows a dip in the late 1990s after pressures from managed care decreased premiums. These are the average annual costs for full-time, year-round worker with a family plan.
