CPT® and RBRVS 2010 Annual Symposium
The CPT and RBRVS 2010 Annual Symposium was convened on Nov. 11-13, 2009, and included presentations by members of the CPT Editorial Panel, CPT Advisory Committee, AMA/Specialty Society RVS Update Committee (RUC), and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding coding and Medicare payment changes for 2010. The program was a success, with 96% of attendees indicating the Symposium exceeded or met their expectations. Approximately 900 individuals, including coders, consultants, health information management professionals, insurance company employees, nurses and physicians, attended the three day program.
