The American Medical Association (AMA) invites you to join hundreds of your colleagues in meeting and learning from the experts on Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®), the Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) and Medicare payment policy. The symposium faculty includes members of the CPT Advisory Committee, CPT Editorial Panel, Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and contractor medical directors (CMD’s). Each presenter will discuss in detail many of the significant changes to CPT 2012 codes and descriptors, as well as 2012 payment policy and relative value unit (RVU) changes to the Medicare physician payment schedule.

Registration
Registration is now closed for the AMA CPT® and RBRVS 2012 Annual Symposium.
Cancellation policy
All cancellation requests of existing registrations must be submitted by email to Desiree Evans no later than Monday, Oct. 31, 2011. A $100 processing fee will be assessed. No refunds will be honored after this date, and there are no refunds for no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.
Confirmation Information
A confirmation letter and receipt will be emailed to each attendee. If you have not received an email confirming attendance within one month of registering, please send an email to Desiree Evans to request another copy. Registration changes
Changes to your registration or name badge must be submitted by email to Desiree Evans no later than Friday, Nov. 4, 2011 at 4 p.m. No changes will be made over the phone or onsite.

General Information for Symposium Attendees
CPT® and RBRVS 2012 Annual Symposium Online Survey
CEU credit certificates for the Symposium will be electronically issued again this year. If you intend to claim continuing education credits at the conclusion of the symposium, please provide your email address on your registration form. We will send you an email on the last day of the Symposium asking you to complete an online survey regarding the 2012 Symposium. Once you have completed the online survey, you will be directed to a website where you may print your CEU certificate(s).
