Learning objectives

  1. Physicians will be able to explain the benefits of vaccinating children, adolescents and adults in the United States.
  2. Physicians will be able to explain the systems that ensure vaccine safety in the United States and in particular be able to address common myths regarding vaccine safety.
  3. Physicians will be able to answer questions from their patients regarding the importance of immunization and become advocates for immunization.
