However, we will continue to address healthcare disparities through our participation in the Commission to End Health Care Disparities, and through our Improving Health Outcomes (IHO) initiative. Physicians may also find of interest the Minority Affairs Section (MAS) of the AMA. The MAS provides a national forum for advocacy on minority health issues and professional concerns of minority physicians and medical students.
