National Disaster Life Support Education Consortium™ (NDLSEC™)
The mission of the NDLSEC is to achieve and promote excellence in education, training, and research related to disaster medicine and public health preparedness for all health professionals based on sound educational principles, scientific evidence, and best clinical and public health practices.
To fulfill its mission and realize its desired impact, the NDLSEC will serve as a community of health professionals dedicated to formalized, life-long learning in disaster medicine and public health preparedness with a shared vision to:

Create a nationwide network of health professionals who are ready, willing, and able to meet the health and safety needs of all persons and communities affected by a disaster or other public health emergency.
The NDLSEC is an unincorporated association jointly sponsored by the American Medical Association (AMA) and the National Disaster Life Support Foundation, Inc. (NDLSF™), convened by the AMA.
