The course is primarily didactic with a flexible format that can be delivered in one day or in multiple sessions.  The BDLS course can be presented to large audiences (more than 100 participants), limited only by classroom size.

The BDLS course meets the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910.120 requirement for Hazardous Materials Awareness.
