Haiti Earthquake Physician Relief Volunteer Form
The AMA intends to use the registry as a means to facilitate and coordinate the deployment of physicians willing to volunteer with federal and private sector response organizations to respond to the Haiti earthquake. Practicing physicians are eligible to register.
The AMA’s WorldScopes initiative, in collaboration with the AMA Foundation, collected and donated roughly 500 stethoscopes within the first two weeks after the earthquake struck Haiti. Learn how you can help.
