Highmark Cross Settlement Disbursements
The Highmark checks were distributed November 3, 2008 to physicians who submitted valid claims.  The Highmark Settlement resulted in a payout to physicians that totaled more than $10 million.

The Highmark Settlement became effective March 7, 2008. 
This settlement covers Highmark, Inc., and Highmark West Virginia, Inc. d/b/a Mountain State Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Highmark).
