When contacting the PMC, please include the physician's name and his or her AMA membership ID number. Due to limited staff resources, our ability to help non-AMA members is limited. If you are not an AMA member and wish to join, please visit the AMA Member Center.
To help us address your issue with an insurer, the AMA Practice Management Center may ask you to provide supporting documentation. If these materials contain protected health information (PHI), defined as individually identifiable health information, please transmit the PHI to the AMA Practice Management Center through our secure fax number:
