Work Group Nominations
The AMA-convened Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement® (PCPI®) is not accepting Work Group nominations at this time. Notifications will be sent through the PCPI mailing list when nominations are being accepted for a new performance measurement Work Group.
Nominations are being accepted for the following work group:
The American Medical Association-convened Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement and the American Board of Medical Specialties Research and Education Foundation have joined with Brandeis University, the Health Care Incentives Improvement Institute, Inc., IPRO (the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization for New York State), and Booz Allen Hamilton to develop the CMS grouper methodology and accompanying software. For the current phase of the project we are soliciting member nominations for two Clinical Work Groups, one developing episodes for a number of musculoskeletal conditions and orthopedic procedures (eg, hip/knee/shoulder osteoarthritis, hip fracture, and hip and knee replacement) and a second to develop episodes for respiratory conditions (eg, Asthma, COPD, and Pneumonia).
Please complete the nomination form and conflict of interest form. Instructions for submission are included in the nomination form.
