The 6 measures groups eligible for claims-based reporting in the 2009 PQRI program are listed below in alphabetical order. Individual measures comprising each measures group are also listed. [Note: there is an additional measures group for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) available for 2009 PQRI, including several measures that can only be reported via registry-based submission.] For each measures group that you feel might be applicable to your practice, view any of the two PDF documents listed below the measure group for additional information.
