Need to update your AMA address or other contact information?

You have 3 options:

1. Use our Contact Us form.

All information you provide in this form will be encrypted for security purposes. Forms are processed within one business day. Some data changes require additional validation with primary sources. For further assistance, call (800) 262-3211, press 1, then enter extension 4031.

2. Call the AMA Unified Service Center at (800) 262-3211, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. Use the Online Data Collection Center.

The AMA Online Data Collection Center allows licensed physicians to update their AMA DoctorFinder expanded listing as necessary.

 

• Enter the OLDCC.
