
The National Advisory Council on Violence and Abuse (NACVA) provides guidance to the American Medical Association on healthcare issues related to all forms of violence and abuse. Membership
Membership in the Council is only open to organizations; individuals are not eligible for membership. The Council has two types of members: Full Members and Associate Members. Any medical society with representation in the American Medical Association House of Delegates is entitled and encouraged to participate as a Full Member of the Council. Associate membership is open to other organizations only at the invitation and discretion of the Council membership. For further information please contact Jessica Sempek.
