Meetings

The MSS meets twice each year for its national meetings, held in conjunction with the AMA House of Delegates. These meetings give students the opportunity to meet and participate in shaping the future health care environment. The meetings offer educational programs to complement your medical school curriculum, the opportunity to create policy on national health care issues, the satisfaction of making a difference in the community by participating in the National Service Project, and the chance to see old colleagues and make new friends. The MSS also offers each of the seven MSS Regions one grant per academic year to hold a Regional Meeting. These meetings are designed to build cohesiveness and communication between the national, regional, state, and local levels of the MSS.
