How do I apply for the AMA PRA?

Submit an application by mail, fax or online with the appropriate fees.

AMA PRA with Commendation

Duplicate certificates may also be ordered. AMA members receive up to 3 duplicate copies at no charge. Nonmembers can order duplicate copies for $5 each.
