Sandi Frost

Sandi Frost of Somerset, Kentucky is currently serving as president-elect of the American Medical Association (AMA) Alliance.

Frost has served the AMA Alliance at the national level as treasurer, Strategic Advancement Task Force member, Bylaws Committee member, director, Legislation Committee chair, AMA Council on Legislation Alliance representative, LEAP Awards chair and Reference Committee member. In addition to chairing a number of state and county Alliance committees, Frost has served as president of both the Kentucky Medical Association Alliance in 2001 and the Pulaski County Medical Alliance in 1995.

In addition to her Alliance activities, Frost currently serves on the Alice Lloyd College Alumni Board of Directors, March of Dimes South Central Kentucky Steering Committee and the H.E.L.P. Steering Committee.

Frost holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and spent a number of years working as a physical therapist. She served as office manager of the Tri-State Dermatology Clinic for eight years.  Frost now holds a position at the Dermatology Center of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, Kentucky. She is married to Christopher Frost, MD, a dermatologist.
