Airline reservations

We encourage all participants to take advantage of the 10 percent discount available on United Airlines. In many cases this can be a savings of $80-$100 per ticket.

To book your reservations online and receive a 10 percent discount, simply go to www.united.com. Once you have linked to United.com

• Enter your origin and destination and travel dates
  
• Click on upgrades, promotions, class, nonstops line
  
• Enter the promotion code 565HW (use capital letters) in the appropriate box

Available flights will be displayed. When you select an available flight your discounted fare will automatically be calculated.

You can also call the United Meeting Desk at (800) 521-4041 to book your reservations and receive a 2-10 percent discount off applicable fares, including First Class. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5 percent discount. This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED and United code share flights (UA*) operated by US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada. There are no fees for meeting attendees that call and confirm with the Special Meeting Desk. Be sure to mention Promotion Code # 565 HW to receive your discount.
