BCBS HIPAA contacts

Compliance with HIPAA Transaction Code Set Regulations has come slowly, if at all. The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association has provided the AMA with a list, by state, of contacts at each BCBS Plan. Each Plan has some ability to help with physicians or groups that need additional aid with compliance.
