The registration deadline for the 2008 MSS Interim Meeting is Oct. 1.

Note: Copies of the Assembly Meeting Handbook will not be mailed to meeting registrants. The complete contents of the Handbook will be available online Oct. 17.

To save time at the registration desk at the meeting, please complete the emergency contact form (Word, 24KB), print it out, and bring to the meeting registration desk at the hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.

Special note for satellite campus Delegates/Alternate Delegates:
Per MSS Policy 665.006, beginning at I-07, satellite campus Delegates/Alternate Delegates must provide proof of satellite campus attendance in order to be credentialed as MSS Assembly representatives.  Acceptable forms of identification include a campus-specific identification card or a letter from a medical school dean or other school official certifying that the student does in fact attend the satellite campus in question.  Satellite campus representatives will not be credentialed without proof of satellite campus attendance.
