The Regional Meeting Planner covers topics such as where to have your meeting, the best time of year for your meeting, how to find speakers, publicizing your event, and much more!
Keep in mind, as you are planning a meeting, that the MSS needs to receive your proposal electronically at least 60 days before your meeting in order to receive funding. For more information on planning a Regional Meeting, contact Katherine Torres in the AMA Department of Medical Student Services.
