
This checklist serves as a guide to help you as you create and submit a resolution. As of the 2006 MSS Annual Meeting, you are now required to complete and submit this checklist with your resolution.
All fields are required unless otherwise noted. Resolutions will not be considered “received” until all required tasks on this checklist have been completed.
As described below, draft versions of resolutions must be posted to the MSS Health Policy and News listserv by April 11, 2008. Final versions of resolutions for the 2008 MSS Annual Meeting must be received, along with this completed resolution checklist, by April 25, 2008. Resolutions received after this date will be considered late and, per MSS Internal Operating Procedures, will require a 2/3 vote of the MSS Assembly for consideration.
