Explorations in Work / Practice Options

A Joint Project of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association Women Physicians Section

More physicians are working in non-traditional and/or multiple positions; job sharing; withdrawing from the workforce for periods of time; and/or working reduced hours or part-time. The American Academy of Pediatrics and the AMA Women Physicians Section are committed to working together to explore these important workforce issues and help our members find the best practice options for them and their patients.
