Legal Update
The AMA Litigation Center is the voice of America's medical profession in legal proceedings around the country.
Established in 1995 by the American Medical Association and the state medical societies, the Litigation Center provides physicians with legal assistance and expertise.
Since its inception the Litigation Center has participated in nearly 150 cases, many of which direct affect medical staffs across the country.
Currently, the Litigation Center is involved in several cases of interest to medical staffs.
