About Us

The Minority Affairs Consortium Governing Council

The American Medical Association Minority Affairs Consortium (MAC) is guided by a nine-member Governing Council that includes three at-large members and one representative each from the AMA Medical Student Section, the Resident and Fellows Section, and the Young Physicians Section. The MAC also maintains an ongoing liaison with national ethnic medical associations through the three positions reserved for the National Hispanic Medical Association, National Medical Association, and the Association of American Indian Physicians.

The MAC Governing Council invites you to join the MAC today!
