Register now for the AMA-MSS Annual Meeting! Registration closes May 23 for Delegates/Alternate Delegates and June 3 for non-voting participants. Delegate/Alternate Delegate changes after May 23rd will have to be made on-site during the credentialing process in Regency A-C on Friday, June 14.

The Hyatt Regency Chicago (151 East Wacker Drive) is the headquarters hotel for all AMA Sections and Special Groups meetings as well as the 2013 AMA House of Delegates Annual Meeting. Rates at the Hyatt are $220 single and $245 double, plus 16.4 percent city tax. **Due to large conventions in town at this same time, we're unable to secure a separate discounted student hotel and all students are encouraged to book a hotel room as soon as possible.
Book reservations with the Hyatt online or call Hyatt reservations at 888-421-1442 and ask for the AMA discount.
Please be sure to make your reservation by the cutoff date of May 13, 2013 to ensure that your requirements are met. We cannot guarantee room availability after the published cutoff date.
