IMG Governing Council

During the AMA-IMG Section's 15th Annual June Congress meeting, the 2012-2013 AMA-IMG Section Governing Council was ratified as follows:

  • Vijaya Appareddy, MD, chair
  • Nyapati Rao, MD, immediate past chair
  • Padmini Ranasinghe, MD, chair-elect
  • Sabesan Karuppiah, MD, delegate
  • Ved Gossain, MD, alternate delegate
  • Lt. Colonel Ronit Ben-Abraham Katz, MD, member-at-large
  • Rajendra N. Seth, MD, member-at-large
  • Andres Deik, MD, resident/fellow

We encourage all members of the AMA-IMG Section to consider running for office. Members of the AMA-IMG Section must also be AMA members in order to run for office or vote.

AMA-IMG Section members can also be a member of an IMG Section Committee.
