In March of 2011, the Institute of Medicine produced, "The Health of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender People", a comprehensive study on the state of GLBT healthcare in the US. This report includes thorough research as well as testimony from the most influential organizations in GLBT health today.
