RUDC rally: Don't target me
The AMA Action Team on Alcohol and Health is a group of interested physicians, medical students, and AMA Alliance members concerned about the health effects of alcohol consumption by underage youth and dedicated to changing policies and practices to eliminate this public health threat. Our mission is:
To eliminate underage alcohol consumption through environmental change by means of policy and public education with physician and medical student involvement at the local, state and national level.
Physicians play important roles
A physician advocate speaks for those that have no voice!
- Speaks in favor of a cause
- Argues for a cause
- Pleads on another's behalf
- Defends, vindicates, upholds
